Welcome to KuyHub. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using KuyHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to access and use KuyHub services
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchase
KuyHub assumes no liability for unauthorized transactions made by minors without proper parental consent

2. Service Description

KuyHub provides two core services:
—Robux Top-Up: We deliver Robux to your Roblox account through the official group payout mechanism. You must join our Roblox group before placing an order
—Marketplace: Verified sellers can list Roblox limited items for sale. All marketplace transactions are protected by our escrow system — funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery
KuyHub also provides a Wallet system where you can top up your balance and use it for instant purchases across the platform
Robux delivery is typically completed within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, but may vary due to Roblox platform availability

3. Orders & Payments

To complete a purchase:
1. Enter your Roblox username and email address
2. Select a Robux package or marketplace item
3. Choose a payment method and complete payment
4. For Robux orders, delivery starts automatically after payment is confirmed
We support multiple payment methods:
—Midtrans — QRIS, e-wallets (GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO), bank transfer, convenience store
—PayPal — PayPal account payments
—Stripe — Credit/debit cards and international payments
—Crypto — Bitcoin, Ethereum, and 100+ cryptocurrencies via NowPayments
—Wallet — Instant payment using your KuyHub balance
All listed prices are final. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Roblox username before submitting an order

4. Marketplace & Escrow

All marketplace purchases are protected by our escrow system:
1. When you purchase, payment is held securely by KuyHub
2. The seller delivers the item and marks the order as delivered
3. You confirm receipt, and the seller receives their earnings
4. If you don't confirm within 48 hours, the order is auto-completed
If a seller fails to deliver, you can open a dispute and our admin team will review the case. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, you will receive a full refund to your wallet
Sellers can withdraw their earnings via bank transfer or crypto after admin approval

5. Refund Policy

Delivered Robux are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of digital asset transfers
Refunds may be considered only if:
—A verified system failure on our end prevented delivery after payment was processed
—An accidental duplicate charge occurred for the same order
For marketplace orders, refunds are handled through our escrow system. If a seller fails to deliver, your payment will be returned in full
If your payment fails or expires before settlement, no charges are applied
To request a refund, contact our support team through Discord or email with your Order ID

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
—Fraudulent transactions — Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
—Chargeback abuse — Initiating a chargeback after receiving Robux or items. This results in an immediate permanent ban
—Unauthorized account usage — Placing orders using a Roblox account that does not belong to you
—Platform exploitation — Attempting to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors
—Contact info sharing — Sharing personal contact information (phone, social media, etc.) in marketplace chat to bypass the platform
KuyHub reserves the right to suspend your access, cancel pending orders, and take appropriate action if prohibited conduct is detected

7. Limitation of Liability

KuyHub is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation
KuyHub shall not be held liable for:
—Delivery delays caused by Roblox platform outages or API disruptions
—Loss of Robux or items resulting from incorrect username entry
—Account actions taken by Roblox Corporation
—Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

8. Account & Data

You can register using Roblox OAuth or email and password
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
KuyHub may deactivate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period
You can request account deletion by contacting our support team

9. Changes to Terms

KuyHub may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication
Your continued use of KuyHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
For material changes, we will notify you through our platform or Discord
